Simon Ogbourn – Pastor

Simon has been a Christian for many years and trained for the ministry at a Church of England theological college in London, after working in biological sciences. He has been pastor of Ridgeway Church since 2008 and has been married to Tara since 1994. He also has two grown up children.

When not “pastoring”, he enjoys reading biographies, watching sport, eating good food and then going to the gym to burn it off! He considers it a joy and a privilege to be part of this particular church family.

Charles Reid – Assistant Pastor

Charles has been a member of Ridgeway Church since 2018 while he was training for ministry at Oak Hill Theological College. He became the Assistant Pastor in August 2022. He is married to Armilyn and they have two young children.

Charles’ passion is seeing people grow in their love and knowledge of God and living out their identity in Jesus. Outside of church life, Charles enjoys playing any kind of sport he can, a (strong) tea and book, and planning unrealistic mountain expeditions.

Ruth Cozens – Church Administrator

Ruth has been a member of Ridgeway Church from its inception and took over the role of church administrator in 2021.

She has been married to Ian since 1991 and has two grown up, sport loving sons.

Ruth enjoys gardening and spending time exploring the countryside around the village she lives in. She also relaxes by reading novels from the golden age of crime fiction.
