We meet at 10.00am for a fairly traditional church service. This is a mixture of Bible readings, singing and prayer. Because we believe that the way God speaks to us today is through the Bible, we spend approximately 30mins looking carefully at it together. This is a very important time for us and in this we aim to be clear, relevant and engaging.
During the morning services, there is a crèche (all helpers are DBS checked) and Sunday School groups for children up to age 11. Every other week there is a group called Crossway for children aged 11-14.
Older teenagers aged from 14-18 have their own activity after the evening service, twice monthly called After 8’s.
This is a more informal and flexible meeting, primarily for the benefit of the church family. In addition to singing and prayer we have a shorter Bible meditation and often other items such as book reviews, interviews and sharing of news.
We meet at 6.00pm for tea or coffee and light snacks and the main session is from 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
